Hello, my
name is Jodie and I am the owner of Nappies Covered. I am a mother to
four wonderful children, and wife to a farmer :).
Cloth nappies are my passion, followed closely by our
farm and the environment..
We are located in semi-rural area.
Currently we are experiencing a severe drought which is
also affecting a lot of Australia. My heart goes out to all of those
families in the same situation as ourselves.
Unfortunately due to the drought we
had to sell both our farming properties and move away from farming. |

I opened Nappies Covered, after doing
a web search some years ago, and finding nothing readily available here in
Australia to make your own Modern Cloth Nappies. All products were in the
USA, I decided to help us Aussies out, opening my store and supplying the
Australia market with wonderful Modern Cloth Nappy making supplies.
Nappies Covered has been up and running now for well over two years. It
started off as a small business, selling a few fabrics to friends from my
own stash, to what it is today, a business providing parents of Australia,
New Zealand and other countries of the world with great Modern Cloth Nappy
products.

The growth of my business is more than
just that, to me it means that the word is getting out there, that people
are taking notice and making the change to cloth - and in the process are
helping our planet! My customers all seem to share the same passion as I do,
and what a great passion it is! Creating wonderful nappies for beautiful
babies and helping the environment in the process.
I never tire of
hearing of your experiences, trials, designs and love the photos that you
share. It is wonderful to be a part of this fantastic, caring Modern Cloth
Nappy community.
